5th Refugees Welcome Charity Art Auction

  • 5th Refugees Welcome Charity Art Auction

The 5th Art Auction Refugees Welcome Poland 2021 will take place on June 20th 2021.

It started five years ago with a spontaneous art auction in a garden restaurant in Warsaw. It was organized by a group of people helping refugees living in the capital city. Today, the Refugees Welcome art auction celebrates its jubilee - on the 20th of June, World Refugee Day, it will be held for the fifth time.

A pre-auction exhibition will be held from June 15th-19th. The auctioned works will be displayed at the Museum on Pańska Street (Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, ul. Pańska 3).
The auction is organized by Ocalenie Foundation, which has been supporting refugees and migrants in Poland for twenty years, the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, and Friends of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw.
Funds raised at the auction will be donated to two programs run by Ocalenie; Refugees Welcome Polska and the Polish Help Center for Foreigners.
